Kelsey Serritella is Senior Vice President at Laurel Hill Advisory Group, bringing over a decade of experience in corporate governance and proxy solicitation. She is a trusted advisor to executives, boards, and investor relations teams, guiding clients through complex shareholder engagements including annual meetings, proxy contests, Say-on-Pay votes, ESG initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions.

At Laurel Hill, Kelsey leads strategic communication efforts designed to align with institutional investor expectations and the perspectives of proxy advisors such as ISS and Glass Lewis. Her deep knowledge of voting behaviors and governance standards enables her to craft engagement strategies that drive positive outcomes while mitigating shareholder risk.

 Previously, Kelsey served at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), where she analyzed governance practices and developed voting recommendations for thousands of U.S. companies—experience that provides her with unique insight into how institutional investors evaluate boards, compensation, and shareholder proposals. Earlier in her career, she was Vice President at a leading proxy solicitation firm, where she spent nearly a decade on the governance advisory team.

Kelsey earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Caldwell University. Recognized for her ability to translate complex governance issues into clear, actionable guidance, she continues to expand her expertise through ongoing education and thought leadership—making her an invaluable partner for organizations navigating today’s evolving shareholder landscape.
