Jennifer Milev is Senior Vice President of Unclaimed Property at Laurel Hill Advisory Group, where she leads strategic initiatives and client programs focused on strengthening partnerships, and driving revenue growth across intricate unclaimed property matters. In this role, she collaborates closely with corporate leaders, and legal and accounting teams, to design scalable, compliance‑driven solutions that support complex organizational needs. Prior to joining Laurel Hill, she served in Executive Vice President and Partner roles, where she developed and implemented theShARP system application, supporting pre‑escheat services for Mergers and Acquisitions campaigns.

Jennifer brings more than 15 years of experience in unclaimed property, compliance, and post‑merger asset reunification. She is known for aligning regulatory excellence with business growth and product development, as well as building and leading high‑performing client service teams in corporate environments.

She began her career at Intel Corporation, where she gained foundational experience in project management and strategic planning. While at Intel, she contributed to global inventory and logistics initiatives, operational system design, and product launches.

Jennifer is a member of the Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization (UPPO) and holds a degree from Arizona State University.
