The Personnel Manager was developed in 1993. It is used primarily by small to medium sized businesses for maintaining information on the Personnel who work in their respective companies.
Most small businessmen don't want to be bothered with the expense of spending a lot of money on a Human Resource package. They just want to retain certain basic information on their personnel and be able to print off reports concerning benefits analysis, Cobra, and Health Insurance information, as well as retain very specific information on their current employees. They also wanted a package that would also allow them the ability to match resumes to prospective jobs within their company, and get some solid information on whom the best candidates would be. They wanted all this without having to spend a lot of time and money. This is what "The Personnel Manager" will help them accomplish!
