The Laurel Hill Advisory Group is an independent North American strategic solicitation and corporate governance consulting services firm specializing in complex shareholder communications, delivering targeted proxy solicitation and information agent services, as well as shareholder asset recovery programs.
Founded in early 2007, the Laurel Hill Advisory Group is a partnership between Laurel Hill Capital Partners, a well-known private equity firm, and some of the most experienced senior executives from the proxy solicitation and M&A consulting arenas. Dr. William J. Catacosinos, founder of Laurel Hill Capital Partners, has run successful public companies for the past 40 years, including the Long Island Lighting Company and the privately held Texas-New Mexico Power Company. Over this period of time, Dr. Catacosinos has developed a long-term appreciation of the strategic value that effective proxy solicitation and corporate governance advisory delivers.
